This time around, I think Adobe really wants to get really serious business in web application. Kuler (http://kuler.adobe.com/) is an online color picker application that “interactively” reacts to the main colour you pick and suggests other colour that harmonious to the one you picked. Not only that, it acts as a real killer-application when I realized you can save your pallete for use with Photoshop CS2! Be scared, really scared. (The interface does reminds me of Light Room). I guess development does improve from inspiration around the web. First, it was started with a boom from utilizing AJAX technology on the web to create such app. WellStyle’s colour scheme generator are suprisingly…similar (Despite the fact they came out first). Color Blender might help as well if you only have plain vanilla browser.

ColorJack (http://www.colorjack.com/) is good when you do not have access to Flash plugins. Color Match is nice as well.

While 4096 Color Wheel are something which would be more appealing towards web developer/designer that is looking for a guide towards web safe colour design.
