Christmas Tree at Suria KLCC, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
It is not unusual anymore to have a massive Christmas celebration around Malaysia’s urban cities. We are glad to have share with you some of the highlights during the celebration of this year end festival. Annually, for those who lives in the cities, are bombarded with fancy decorations, lightings and big christmas tree. Besides from attractive price of products, in this article, we will look into different decorations that can be seen around Klang Valley in Malaysia.

Christmas setup at Mid Valley Megamall Shopping Centre.
We are proud to share with you our findings througout the week until the last 25th of December 2006. Do leave us a line of comment on what you think of this article.

A rather unique man-made Christmas tree, Taken at newly open Jaya Jusco at Balakong. Thanks Casey.
As usual, Suria KLCC will be one of the most visited place around near the end of the year, despite it’s amount of tourists, the decos for this year dubbed rather subtle compared to what it used to be. But nevertheless, it’s really one huge tree. Big.

Sunway Pyramid has been known few years back for it’s exceptional lighting on the outside of the mall, which its good but perhaps it’s rather subtle and quiet on the inside.

Last but not least, one noteable place for it’s setup and decorations would be Mid Valley Megamall. Which it seems they put in a lot of thoughts in building houses and props. Bravo.
As you walk through the different concourse, you’ll see different props laying around to tease your eye, there are one part with the man-made snow falling from the top of the roof while the are candy/cookie houses laying around the main concourse area.
Considering of all decorations that are overwhelming, i guess it wouldn’t be complete without a special mention of The Curve’s decor for this year. It wasn’t that spectacular, but it’s mezmerizing enough to stun you for a while. I would praise the courage for them to go towards a blue-ish theme for the decoration as the usual would make the mood and feel warm in red and yellow.

And there is for sure better one to come in the future. We are hoping to bring you more exciting lifestyle coverage of Malaysia’s festival celebration. Coming up next would be the Chinese New Year.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
