An interesting piece of design that caught my attention. Though I’m not so sure if there’s any smoker would be attracted to this, but it’s a form of visualization where smokers can puff the excessive smoke into the hole located at the collar and you’ll see changes evolved from the outside of the jacket. via engadget

Coke + Faithless

Bonjour tristesse I’m certainly amazed on how one interactive work’s idea that’s originally simple, can evolve over a period of time. Basically, the idea of the site is to ask the user (us), to create a visual poetry out of our actions, clicks and mouse movements. And I believe one of the early site that utilizes this concept are from Motorola’s Moto Colors, while this one took it up higher to another level, by incorporating webcam, microphone inputs and keyboard. That’s really awesome. Really.

We’re fortunate to have Eugene to share some of his phone card collections from our neighbour, Singapore. It has been a long time since we I’ve come across any phone card that you will use at public phone in our country. Except for cards that you’ll able to purchase for long distant calls.

As you can see, phone card usually available in various flavours of design. It was once a boom in phone card collection, just like stamps, this hobby is known as telegery in the United States of Americe or fusilately in the United Kingdom.

What’s the future on browser?
From one normal day I came across Alex Faaborg had his presentation slides uploaded onto his blog. What’s interesting that he is sharing on a Web 2.0 Expo on how browser will continue to evolve, for instance, Mozilla Firefox. It has been a long broken history of tons of browsers bitting each other’s tails and trying to top the war, but neglected the user-end and consider of their needs while balancing between profit. It’s worth the download while it may seems massively ridiculous with 50MB for a PDF file.
