A Chinese site that features a lot of pixel art. I’m impressed by the detail that this artist study in pixel art. An International Award Winning Malaysia-born Chinese Artist C.N.Liew, who advocates artistic authenticity and the philosophy of Zen Buddhism in his artwork. He is taking calligraphy into the future. he has taken its strike forms and infused them with vibrant colours and strokes that force the viewer to think outside the box. In fact, Liew’s works are so far outside the box, he felt moved to coin a new word to describe his art form: “surrealigraphy”. I believe he is the one and only person in the world that has taken calligraphy into another dimension!

The Long Weekend video
Bamboo Vase – three layers of cased handblown matte glass sprout exotic shapes, passionate colors. White interiors contrast. A series that bring you one step nearer to the nature. Not like normal wooden material, matte glass surface some of give people a semi transparent feeling. Through visual appearance it makes me feel so cool and comfortable.
